Just a quick note to say a big thank you for your excellent service, great follow-up and your care towards me in the supply and delivery of my new BRUNO VSL-6900 lift. I can tell you that it is not often these things occur in today's world so for me that is very special. For someone to do exactly as they said they would is rather rare because generally once they have your money all interest goes out the window. Not so with you and I can tell you that your efforts have not gone unnoticed and in fact have left a big impression on us. Would you also be kind enough to convey my gratitude to Rebecca Ward who provided top service for her involvement.
As I mentioned last night the lift is now installed in my vehicle. It was lucky it was my son's day off so he came around and the job was done. Of course it was not a major undertaking as the wiring and the base plates were already installed from the previous lift. There are a few up-grades from the previous lift so we had to allow for those, but it was generally an easy installation.
Once I recover from yesterday I will package up the old lift and send it to your for refurbishment.
